If you have found this web site helpful and would like me to review your case, I would be happy to do so. Please understand, however, that I am not able to represent every potential client who contacts me and that no attorney-client relationship exists between you and my law firm until we enter into a written retainer agreement.
How do I Get Started with Ginsberg Law?
The best way to start is to call me to discuss your case. Everything we discuss will remain in strict confidence and there is no obligation whatsoever. In the alternative, you can email me using the form on this page or directly at “jodiginsberglaw (at) gmail.com.”
I use a contingency fee contract for all of my cases. My fee is 25% of any settlement I can recover for you. If there is no settlement, there is no fee. Unlike other lawyers in Atlanta I do not take any of your weekly wage benefits (the law allows lawyers to take one of your weekly checks each month, but I limit my fee to the settlement only).
If you decide to retain me, my secretary will send you an intake questionnaire, a contingency fee retainer, medical releases and other new case documents. When you sign and return these documents, my representation begins and I start working on your case.
