Attorney Jodi Brenner Ginsberg has represented injured employees in workers’ compensation claims for over 30 years.
Jodi is an honors graduate of Newcomb College of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was selected by her peers to deliver her class graduation address.
After graduation from college, Jodi moved to Atlanta and enrolled in the Georgia State University College of Law. She was elected senior editor of the Georgia State Law Review. She served as a third year practice associate with the Fulton County District Attorney and as a clerk for the Court reporter for the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Following graduation, Jodi accepted a position with Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, a downtown Atlanta firm where her practice was concentrated in the area of workers’’ compensation insurance defense work, and medical malpractice.
In 1994, Jodi formed her own firm, Ginsberg & Associates where she created a practice dedicated to the interests of injured workers, auto accident injury litigation, Americans With Disabilities Act litigation, medical malpractice litigation and Social Security disability litigation.
1998, Jodi joined Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., where she continues her practice. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and has lectured at several seminars on worker’s compensation and Social Security disability. Jodi’s husband, Jonathan Ginsberg, is also a member of the firm and practices in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and Social Security disability.
Jonathan Ginsberg. A native of Atlanta, Jonathan attended Northside High School before enrolling at Tulane University, and subsequently Tulane University College of Law. After graduation from law school, Jonathan joined a busy civil litigation firm that handled both personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.
In 1989, Jonathan joined a colleague and formed the law firm of Galler & Ginsberg, which began as a two attorney operation and within fifteen years, grew to a 25 person business with four lawyers. As the managing attorney for the firm’s bankruptcy practice, Jonathan saw his firm grow into one of the 10 largest consumer bankruptcy firm in the state. Also during this time Jonathan added Social Security disability to his practice, and participated in the rapid growth of that practice area as well.
In 1997, Galler & Ginsberg disbanded and Jonathan opened Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C. where he continued to practice in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and Social Security disability. In 1998, Jonathan’s wife, Jodi, merged her solo practice into Ginsberg Law Offices and the current structure of Ginsberg Law was finalized.
Ginsberg Law Offices reflects Jodi and Jonathan’s vision of a boutique law firm that offers personalized, attentive service to our clients. Instead of a high volume practice that employs dozens of secretaries and paralegals, Ginsberg Law is almost entirely attorney driven.
Jonathan’s practice is focused on helping individuals solve debt problems (personal bankruptcy, non-bankruptcy workouts, and student loan restructure), Social Security disability, and auto accident injury claims. If he can be of help to you in any of these areas, please contact him at 770-393-4985 or by email.
Jonathan also designs and publishes all of the Ginsberg Law web sites and blogs, and he produces and edits the Ginsberg Law video channels. As time permits he consults with other law firms about their marketing needs – see his Rent My Brain website for more information.
